This Wellness Program is of great assistance to us by providing wellness exercises and instruction on mental health and healthy lifestyle maintenance. It changed my life for the better. Exercise helped me get more energy, and a sense of achievement in life. I lost weight because of it which is an added benefit, and I am in my healthiest and fittest self.
