GLOSSARY
- Auction – An event occurring twice a year, once to honor the Day of the Seafarers and again during the Holiday season, enabling users to bid on and redeem various items. Typically, auctioned items include devices or vouchers.
- Devices – Wearable gadgets utilized by users to synchronize data from their mobile phones through associated apps.
- Dualog Account – This refers to a company-provided email address for users. It is exclusive to portals opting to use crew members’ company email addresses rather than their personal ones (e.g., BB and BW).
- Home – This section of the platform allows users to publish content, view leaderboards (by department and crew), receive daily activity reminders, explore recommended activities based on health statistics, and engage with posts from other crew members.
- Platform – The online environment where program activities are hosted and carried out, serving as the central hub for users to engage with various features, services, and content provided by the program.
- Rewards – These encompass digital or physical goods that users can redeem using their earned Trim Coins.
- Trim Coins – The currency equivalent to points earned by users for completing activities.
HOW TO LOG IN?
Steps to follow:
- Go to your portal [e.g. https://app.wellatsea.com].
- Insert username and password.
- Click Login.
NOTE:
Username for dualog accounts format:
- BW – FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME.EMPLOYEEID@crewfleetfleet.com
- BB – EmployeeID@bergefleet.com
- e.g., 123456@bergefleet.com
Username for other clients
- Crew’s personal email address
FORGET PASSWORD
Steps to follow:
- Go to your portal [e.g. https://app.wellatsea.com]..
- Click the FORGET PASSWORD.
- Enter your username (e.g., juan.delacruz.123456@bwfleet.com)
- Click the link from info@wellatsea.com and check your personal email address.
- Type your NEW PASSWORD and CONFIRM. Click reset.
- Login to your account.
HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD?
Steps to follow:
- Go to your portal [e.g. https://app.wellatsea.com]. and login using the credentials provided.
- Navigate to My Profile.
- Click the Edit My Profile button.
- Go to Account Details.
- Under Manage Password, select Change Password.
- Fill out the Change Password Form with the information below.
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Click the Change Password button.
- A notification will pop in with “Your password has been changed. Please re-login again”.
- Click the Okay button.
- Enter new information and log in.
HOW TO CONNECT DEVICES?
Steps to follow:
- Go to your portal [e.g. https://app.wellatsea.com]. and login using the credentials provided.
- Navigate to My Profile.
- Click the Devices button.
- Choose your device. Available device below.
- Apple Health
- FitBit
- GoogleFit
- MisFit
- Garmin
- Withings
- TomTom
- Jawbone
- Microsoft Health
- Click Connect and follow the steps.
Note:
- Apple Health – Install the mobile app and enable Health Kit sync within the mobile app.
- FitBit –Attach your Fitbit account so the platform can also track your steps.
- GoogleFit – Attach your GoogleFit account so the platform can also track your steps.
- MisFit – Attach your MisFit account so the platform can also track your steps.
- Garmin – Attach your Garmin account so the platform can also track your steps.
- Withings – Attach your Withings account so the platform can also track your steps.
- TomTom – Attach your Tomtom account so the platform can also track your steps.
- Jawbone – Attach your Jawbone account so the platform can also track your steps.
- Microsoft Health – Attach your Microsoft Health account so the platform can also track your steps.
NOTE: Samsung Health and Huawei Health are not available as connected devices. To connect, download the WellAtSea app and GoogleFit on your Android phone. On devices, select GoogleFit.
HOME FEATURES
HOW TO CREATE POST?
Home is a section of the platform where you can publish, view leaderboards (by department and by crew), receive daily activity reminders, see recommended activities based on your health statistics, and connect with other crew members’ posts.
- Log in to https://app.wellatsea.com with the credentials provided.
- Navigate to Home.
- Scroll down and either create a post or upload your photo.
REWARDS FEATURES
HOW TO BUY REWARDS?
The crew can redeem their Trim Coins for either e-vouchers or physical items as rewards. The team will not accept monetary compensation to acquire incentives.
Steps to follow:
- Log in to [[E.G. HTTPS://APP.WELLATSEA.COM]. with the credentials provided.
- Navigate to Rewards.
- Click your desired item (vouchers or physical items).
- Enter the Quantity.
- 1 item per crew members
- Crew should decide whether to buy a voucher or a physical item.
- Click the Buy Now button. “Are you sure you want to buy or bid on this item?” a prompt will appear.”
- Click the Okay button.
- Enter your personal email address that is registered with the system. An OTP will be emailed to you.
- Input the OTP.
- A prompt will appear “Thank you! Your purchase has been confirmed.”
- WellAtSea’s rewards team will contact you once the rewards are ready to be released.
HOW TO BID?
The auction takes place twice a year, once to commemorate the Day of the Seafarers and once to celebrate the Holiday season. Everybody has access to the items. The winner will be the highest bidder.
Steps to follow:
- Log in to [[E.G. HTTPS://APP.WELLATSEA.COM]. with the credentials provided.
- Navigate to Rewards.
- Click your desired item.
- Input your Trim Coins bid.
- WellAtSea’s rewards team will contact you once the rewards are ready to be released.
NOTE:
- The auction is exclusively open to onboard crew only.
- Bidding with the admin account will be rejected. Individual accounts will only be attended to.
- The bid interval is limited to 1,000 Trim Coins only.
- Only bids through the web browser are accepted.
AUCTION GUIDELINES
On-Board Only
- The Auction is open only to ON-BOARD crew members.
No ADMIN Account
- FOR BW: Only individual dualog accounts are allowed to bid for the auction items. Bids made by Admin accounts will NOT be accepted.
- Only individual email accounts are allowed to bid for the auction items. Bids made by Admin accounts will NOT be accepted.
“One Item Per Crew” Policy
- Each crew member can only bid on ONE ITEM at any single time.
“1,000 Coins” Rule
- Each crew member can bid for a maximum of 1,000 trim coins higher than the last bid recorded for the item.

JOINING ACTIVITIES
- Log in to [[E.G. HTTPS://APP.WELLATSEA.COM]. with the credentials provided.
- Navigate to the Challenge, Wellness Plans, Session, or Course menus or use the Search function.
- Some courses contain quizzes.
- Click Join as Individual or Join a Team on your chosen activity.
- Follow the directions on the selected challenge. To automatically credit Trim Coins, click Done.
CREATING NEW CHALLENGE
- Log in to [[E.G. HTTPS://APP.WELLATSEA.COM]. with the credentials provided.
- Navigate to the Challenge menu.
- Choose Create New Challenge. There are five steps in the creation process when using the basic method.
- Follow the five steps for basic process or click the “I’m an Expert. I’d want to use the advanced editor” tab.
- Enter the following information:
- Name of the Activity
- Rules & Description
- Validation Type – Officers or Admin Only
- Attach Files – for attaching documents, photographs, or videos.
- Schedule Type and Objective
- Category – Vessel Initiative, Mental Health, Socialization, or Physical Health
- Start Date
- Expiry Date
- After filling out the form, click Continue.
- To save, click Finish.
